US Navy Destroys Multiple Houthi Weapons And Drone Missiles In The Red Sea.
The US Navy reported multiple successful strikes against Iranian-backed Houthi targets in the past 24 hours.
On August 5, 2024, US Central Command announced that US Navy forces, in cooperation with other US military forces, successfully destroyed three Houthi drones launched from Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen over the Gulf of Aden.
