The office is based in Mumbai (India)MTM PL is a wholly owned subsidiary of RUBIS ASPHALT MIDDLE EAST DMCC (RAME) (www.rubisasphalt.com). RAME’s activity is to supply Bitumen.MTM PL is the SHIP MANAGEMENT ‘arm’ of the RUBIS GROUP of Companies. It provides a complete in-house ship support package to Rubis’ owned fleet of Bitumen, Product Tankers, and Gas Carriers.
